How does it work?

The CDD On Demand solution from SCOPE Fintech is very straightforward. You buy credits and receive an email with an activation link. After activating your account, you can immediately start your checks in your own CDD On Demand portal for which you receive login codes. We use Two-Factor authentication (logging in with an extra log-in code on your mobile phone) to prevent abuse of the service.

The minimum purchase is 10 credits. You can purchase credits on this website, where you can pay with iDeal or CreditCard.

The credit system

The Customer Due Diligence On Demand Solution works with a credit system. With these credits you can make searches, retrieve information about a person or company and download a report. The usage costs of the service in credits depend on the results found. Investigating a person costs two to four credits.


Searching for a person or company costs two credit. Twenty possible results are presented with each search if a match is found. If more than twenty results are found and a follow-up request is required, it will cost an extra credit.


If the entered person or company is not found, creating a CDD report costs no credits. If a person or company is found in the database and you would like to request the details it will cost another two credits.


If the person or company is found in the first twenty search results presented and you would like the download the CDD report, this doesn’t cost credits anymore.

About Customer Due Diligence On Demand

After developing the Know Your Customer Portal, SCOPE FinTech Solutions has continued to develop a Customer Due Diligence Solution for both large and small companies. Within the CDD On Demand Solution it is your choice how many credits you would like to purchase, depending on the needs of your company. An average check costs two credits.

A search costs two credits. Only when a match is found and you would like to research detailed information, will another two credits be charged. All information comes from the database, for example information about people, UBOs and companies.

You always have access to your own Customer Due Diligence Solution without being dependent on credits. You will be charged retrospectively based on actual use.
